Wheat Grit (गहुँको च्याँख्ला)
Wheat grit is a porridge made from wheat through crushing, compression and separation processes. It contains wheat flour, bran and wheat germ with high amount of fiber content. You can serve it as a side dish along with a wide variety of foods such as butter, salt, pepper, cheese, shrimp, bacon, andouille sausage or crayfish, okra, or tomato.
